Refund policy
RETURNS
The return period is 14 days from the date the package is received. Returns may be made for any products that are sent back in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Procedure for processing a return:
- Send an email to help@saonarabrand.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team.
- Ensure the box/bag is properly sealed.

The return shipment must be made with the same courier company that delivered your order. For example, if you received your package with UPS, the return must also be made with UPS in order to properly track the status of your return.
- Saonara will provide you with a return shipping label so you can complete the process conveniently.
- The return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees related to international shipments, shall be borne by the customer.
For the return to be considered valid, the package must arrive at our warehouse within the 14-day period starting from the date the order was received.
The product must arrive in perfect condition, in the same state and with the original packaging. If the order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
REFUNDS
The refund of the amount paid will be processed as promptly as possible once we have received the product within the established return period and in its original condition. The process may take between 5 and 10 business days.
Refunds will always be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Consequently, purchases made online cannot be returned in physical stores, and vice versa. If you are interested in a different model or color, please follow the return procedure for your item(s) and simply place a new order at saonarabrand.com.
