Shipping policy

Orders within Spain are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, where delivery may take up to 6 business days.

For orders within Europe, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

For all other international destinations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

We recommend placing all desired items in a single order, as separate orders cannot be combined once confirmed.

Duties & Customs

For most international destinations, all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery.

Please note that orders shipped to Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged separately upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders outside the European Union, local customs authorities may require additional documentation to release the shipment. You may be contacted by the shipping provider via email to provide documents such as a tax number, national ID, proof of payment, or authorisation forms, depending on the destination country’s requirements.
